I had a really nice time at this place. The staff was super friendly, especially Sarah at the front desk who gave me a great pizza rec. Only took like 10 mins to walk to the riverwalk. The room was nice and spacious, but the parking fee was a bit annoying, even though they waived it for my late check-in!

The beds in the King Suite were nice, very comfortable for a good night sleep. I was impressed by Georgia, the food and drink manager, who assisted me with carrying breakfast to my room when my daughters were too tired to go down themselves.

It wasn’t inexpensive but acceptable for what we got.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Riverwalk and other attractions. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. However, the room could use some updating and a better smell. it felt a bit musty at times.
